Transitional Epithelium
Transitional epithelium is a stratified tissue with cells of irregular shapes; the cells are rounded and do not flatten out at the top. Transitional epithelium is found in places that might expand such as the bladder or ureter.
Notice the underlying connective tissue underneath is very similar to the epithelial tissue
