The seminal vesicle is an elongated tube that wraps or coils around itself. The lumen of the seminal vesicle holds and stores the secretion of the pseudo stratified epithelial cells. The lamina propria (connective tissue) supports these cells. A thin muscularis surrounds parts of the tube and may be visible on your histological slide.
